Attention Homeowners – RE: Annual HOA Meeting 2021 – Poll Results

The poll conducted on our Facebook page has shown there are enough residents interested in attending an in person/outdoor HOA meeting for the board to pursue the matter further. We appreciate everyone’s feedback and participation on this.

The property owner at the golf course has asked that we obtain an electronic waiver of consent by each homeowner that will be in attendance. Therefore, we ask that homeowners who plan to attend please click the following email link in this message and send an email to FPHOAWV@gmail.com using the pre-built template adding their First/Last Name along with their Street Address so that we may use the message as the homeowners agreement to the terms acknowledging the assumption of risk. As a reminder, this waives any & all liabilities against the property owner, the HOA board and its members. Attendees will also be required to provide their own seating and wear a face mask.

Regarding voting – We have received multiple inquires asking for clarification on how the voting process works at the meeting. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the annual meeting, however only homeowners that are paid in full on their dues through December 31st of the prior year are eligible to vote. (Article 4, Section 2 of the By-Laws)

Thanks,

FPHOA Board

Attention Homeowners – RE: Annual HOA Meeting 2021

We have received numerous communications since the release of the letter pertaining to bypassing the HOA meeting this year due to COVID-19 risks and in response, we are asking homeowners to respond to the poll located on our FB group page as to whether or not they would be interested in attending an “outdoor meeting” at the golf course parking lot. This venue has the ability to accommodate parking while offering substantial space to allow for social distancing to safely facilitate the meeting.

By attending, homeowners would voluntarily acknowledge the assumption of risk; waiving all liabilities against the property holder and or the board members. Participants would also be required to wear a face mask as well as supplying their own seating.

The poll will be active through Friday the 29th, afterwards the board will review the responses and determine how to proceed.

For homeowners that have not joined our FB page, you can do so by clicking on the Facebook Icon located near the bottom of the Home page: https://www.forestparkha.com , then select JOIN GROUP from the Facebook page and follow wizard to submit your request.

Thanks,

FPHOA Board

Road Repairs Update - 11/2/2020

The Street Committee has went out and painted areas that are queued for repairs with some being located in close proximity with residents driveways. Please ensure that you allow adequate space surrounding these painted areas so that the repairs can be made. We believe they are going to start on Pine Hill Dr. and move to Spruce Lane thereafter.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as these repairs are being made.

Thanks, FPHOA Street Committee

Road Repairs – Starting 10/30/2020 or Monday 11/02/2020

Sam Shamblin will start on road repairs beginning on Spruce Lane either this Friday 10/30/2020 or on Monday November 02 2020.

We ask for your patience and cooperation in regards to street parking\driving patterns so you do not impede the road work and for modified parking, please allow enough room for emergency vehicles to pass through the work zones.

Please do not take it upon yourself to move any of the barrels or cones, they will be removed once the concrete is cured and ready for traffic. As updates become available we will communicate them out here and on our Facebook page.

Thanks, FPHOA Street Committee

Attention Homeowners - Update 7.8.20200

We are now entering into the last few days of being able to take advantage of the $100 savings on the dues. Also we are looking at all people who owe back dues and will be taking action to get this corrected over the next couple of weeks. With everything that has been going on with the virus and people not working the board or should I say I have not been trying to cause anyone any unneeded stress. So I am asking before the letters and the visits to the magistrate start please look at the by laws if you are parking more than one car in the street take care of it along with the trailers and working on the vehicles please. Any issues you may have please PM or email me.

Thank you,

Kevin Cheshire
